CMWC 2009 - Tokyo!

So after all that, London didn’t bid for CMWC 2009. I hear that Tokyo did, and was provisionally awarded the honour of hosting the 17th Cycle Messenger World Championships. Apparently there was some question as to whether Tokyo would be able to get it together in time, so the final decision will be ratified in Toronto, which is hosting CMWC 2008.
