Muppet League website censored!

For several days now, the Muppet League website has been off line. Muppetmaster 2se7en (and MT webmaster) received the following email from his hosting company:
It has come to our attention that your site, muppetleague.com, is in substantive violation of our AUP, located at http://www.XXXX.co.uk/story.php?article_id=6
Our AUP, which you agreed to abide by upon sign-up states:
“You may not publish any material that is grossly offensive to the
general on-line community, including but not limited to, exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, invasion of privacy or excessive profanity (cursing).”
The site contains a number of instances of profanity as well as comments which we consider to be homophobic and racist. Considering the number of breaches of our AUP and the clear evidence of your failure to moderate or remove comments which place your account in violation we regret that your account has been suspended and, under the provisions of our AUP, is scheduled for termination.

This is a big shame, whilst noone will miss the idiots that consistently invaded the ML comment box, the forum and linkage will be missed.
I would love to characterise this censorship as an outrageous curtailment to freedom of expression, a grotesque violation of our rights, the digital equivalent of book burning, but the truth is that a lot of the comments on the front page were beyond puerile. Well done, those anonymous abusers. You were jealous, and gave vent to your envy in vile and twisted ways. And now we are all silent. Goal scored.
